Each year the Buncombe County Schools Foundation participates in a major fundraiser for our schools. This year we are selling School Savers Cards.   The card is assembled in cooperation with local merchants with Palmetto Fundraising.   The School Saver card, which sells for $15.00, contains over $900 in coupon savings. Best of all, $8.00 of the $15.00 stays in our local schools. The buyers receive a tremendous value for their money; the schools have a no-risk, easy way to raise much needed money to use at their discretion; and the merchants experience increased traffic in their establishments, free advertising, and the satisfaction of knowing that they are supporting their local schools.
